Small frozen lobsters thawed shells removed

strip steak

olive oil

6 tbsp butter

salt

pepper

thyme

steak seasoning

parsley

Steam lobster till no pick drizzle top of lobster with t tbsp butter

Place strip steak in a cast iron pan sprinkle steak with salt, pepper, thyme and steak seasoning cook for 2 minutes

flip steak add 4 tbsp butter flip steak cook 2 minutes

flip steak again cook 2 minutes

flip steak again cook 1 minute

Serve steak on a platter top off with lobster

sprinkle steak and lobster with parsley
