Lite Egg Salad

10 eggs

3 tbsp fat free mayo

1/4 tsp salt & pepper

1 tsp yellow mustard

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp dill

 

Boil eggs for 10 minutes

Peel egg shells

 

Chop 2 eggs

Chop 8 eggs-(no yolk) disregard yolk

Mix all remaining ingredients together

Eat without bread

Or

Serve on toasted whole grain bread
