Juicy Grilled Chicken Breast

 

4-6 chicken breast

(marinate)

1/4 cup oj

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp worchestershire sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

2 garlic gloves minced

juice of a lime

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all together & place in a large zip loc baggie, add chicken breast

Refrigerate over night

 

Grill chicken breast on medium charcoal coals, I use Weber grill

Flipping chicken once 5 – 8 minutes per side

Lest Chicken rest 5 – 10 minutes, then serve

(discard marinate)
