Jalapeno Corn Bread Muffins

 

Pre heat oven 375

Muffin pan filled with muffin plastic

1 cup flour

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 cup whipping cream

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 tbsp butter

2 Jalapeno peppers minced finely

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together, mix well

Scoop corn bread mixture into tins

Bake 15-20 minutes

Serve warm with butter and honey
