1 lb ground Italian sausage
10 oz penne pasta cooked to perfection sprinkle water with salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium red onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
3 whole garlic gloves minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 10 oz can dice tomatoes with green chilis
1 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup half and half
2 cups fresh mix greens chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
1/2 cup shredded Italian style cheese with provolone, Romano, Parmesan and Asiago

Sprinkle pasta with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley
In a large skillet add olive oil, onions, peppers and garlic cook on medium heat until almost tender, add ground Italian sausage, cook until no pink.
Add salt, pepper and oregano mix well
Add dice tomatoes and half and half cook about 10 minutes
Add mix greens and fresh basil, mix well
Add shredded cheese, cook another 10 minutes
Scoop pasta onto serving plates
Garnish with grated cheese and fresh parsley
