MEAT
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
CANNED GOODS
2 cup beef both
1 16 oz tomato paste
BAKING and SPICES
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Liquor
1 cup red blend wine
PRODUCE
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried basil
6 garlic gloves minced
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 28 0z can whole tomatoes chopped with sauce
CONDIMENTS
1 28 oz can tomatoes in sauce
Oils
2 tbsp olive oil
In a large sauce pan cook on medium heat ground beef and Italian sausage until no pink.
In a large pot cook on medium heat add olive oil, onion and garlic cook till nice and tender
All all remaining ingredients, stir till well mixed
Bring sauce till a boil, turn to simmer and cover
Cook all day and stir frequently.
Serve sauce over pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
