English muffin toasted

1 fried egg

2 strips of bacon cooked

1 quarter polish sausage sliced thin

1 slice white cheddar cheese

mayo

hot sauce

Cook bacon in a skillet, leave grease and cook polish sauce in grease

cook egg and fry in grease

add bacon, sausage and cheese on egg, cover with lid till cheese is melted

place egg, bacon, sausage, cheese on English muffin

add mayo and hot sauce.
