Cook Ribeye’s on charcoal coals at medium heat
Cook about 6 minutes per sides
Sprinkle each side of steaks with garlic powder, black pepper and season salt
Lets steaks rest 20 minutes
Slice steaks thin
Layer salad with
Romaine chopped
Leaf lettuce chopped
Shredded carrots
Diced red onions
Dice tomatoes
Sliced cucumbers
Croutons
Shredded 4 Mexican cheese
Scoop of make made quacamole
Scoop of salsa
Fresh crack black pepper
Serve with
Balsamic vinegar dressing

Ranch dressing

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
