(Left over turkey carcass)
2 onions chopped
2 cups carrots chopped
2 cups celery chopped
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp dried basil
2 tbsp dried sage
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp season salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Place turkey carcass in large pot, add water till about top of turkey
Boil turkey & cook until turkey falls of bone, gently take carcass out of pot, allow to cool
Remove all turkey from carcass, place turkey pieces back in large pot, not carcass
Add all remaining ingredients
Bring to boil, reduce to simmer & cover pot
Before serving remove bay leaves
