Beaters

Place bowl and beaters in freezer for several hours.

It makes the process of making sauce go faster

1 cup whipping cream

2 tbsp horseradish

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp season salt

Pinch of salt and pepper

Place all ingredients in bowl, beat till peaks form
