This chocolate mouse is truly a special treat

It is very rich & quite tasty

A couple of spoons fills is all you need, you definitely will get your chocolate fix

6 0z bittersweet baking chocolate

4 tbsp water

2 tsp vanilla extract, pure

1 cup whipping cream

1/4 cup sugar + 2 tbsp

Melt chocolate & water in sauce pan on low heat

Allow chocolate mixture to cool

Fold in 1 cup whipping cream  and all sugar

Spoon into margarita glasses

Enjoy!
