MY HUSBANDS HEARTY NOT SO HEALTHY POTATOE SALAD
I call it cheat day!
3 pounds red potatoes, 3/4 cut
1 yellow onion diced
6 rib celery diced
6 radishes thinly sliced
1 cup mayo Hellman’s
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp season salt
2 tbsp rosemary
Boil potatoes, till tender, do not over cook
Drain
Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, blend together
Top off potatoe salad with few radishes
