Healthy & Light Home Made Turkey Soup

Large soup pot

Left over turkey Carcus

18 cups water

1 large onion diced

4 celery stalks diced

2 cups carrots diced

1 cup fresh parsley chopped

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp salt

1 tsp white pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tsp onion powder

2 bay leaves

2 chicken bouillon cubes

 

Boil Carcus, with 18 cups water, cooked 1 to 2 hours, till turkey falls of bone

Strain turkey & all parts, disregard all bones

When broth is clear of no bones

Add all remaining ingredients

 

Cover pot & boil soup for 15 minutes, simmer till vegetables are nice & tender
