Healthy Chicken Chili

1 1/2 lbs ground chicken

( I bought my ground chicken from the local butcher- nice & easy )

 

1 onion diced

1 garlic glove minced

1 green pepper diced

1/2 red pepper diced

1/4 yellow pepper diced

1/4 orange pepper diced

 

1 14.5 oz bush beans in medium chili sauce

2 14.5 oz bush beans hot chili sauce

1 14.5 oz dice tomatoes

1 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes

2 cups water

1/4 cup chili powder + 2 tbsp

2 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp oregano

1/3 tsp black pepper

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

 

Saute ground chicken in frying pan till no pink

Saute onions, garlic & peppers in another frying pan till nice & tender

 

Place all ingredients in crock pot & cook on low all day long
