Heavy duty aluminum foil
5 large Yukon gold potatoes chopped on the large size
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 yellow onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp season salt
Layer & place all ingredients in order starting with potatoes, ending with
season salt on heavy duty foil, cover another layer of foil on top of potatoes.
Wrap the edges of foil all around the potatoes extremely tight, so nothing
leaks out.
Grill potatoes on medium charcoal coals for 45 minutes till 1 hour
Turn potatoes frequently, so they do not burn
A little hint, the olive oil stops the potatoes from burning
They end up soft & tender
