Grill barbacue Ribs on charcoal coals , we use Weber grill
Absolutely Amazing !!!
1 pork loin back ribs, I use vacumn pack
large cooking pan lined with aluminum foil
Place ribs on foil
add 2 cups water
Sprinkle Ribs with season salt, black pepper & garlic powder
add & sprinkle Ribs with
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp wochestersher
1 tbsp dried minced onions
Place more aluminum foil over Ribs, cover tightly
Cook in over on warm for 2 hours
Sweet & Spicy barbecue sauce
1/2 cup onion chopped
3 garlic gloves minced
1 jalapeño pepper , seeded & minced
1 tsp olive oil
4 cups Heinz ketchup
1 cup firmly pack dark brown sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Saute onions, minced garlic & jalapeño pepper in olive oil in a large sauce pan over medium high heat about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in ketchup , brown sugar, vinegar, apple juice, honey, worchestershire sauce , salt , pepper & crush red pepper. Bring to boil,reduce heat to low, stir occasionally, simmer , for 30 minutes
Before grilling
Sprinkle Ribs with salt & pepper
Grilled Ribs over charcoal coals, until desire temperature
The last 10 minutes of cooking, baste Ribs with barbecue sauce
Cover with lid for 5 minutes flip Ribs baste & cover again
baste Ribs twice or to your desire
I base Ribs 3 times, flip & cover
I believe in lots of sauce
I Love my ribs crispy!
Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving
