marinate in refrigerate for a few hours
mix together
1/4 cup free sour cream
1/4 cup lite sour cream
2 tsp anchovy paste
1 1/2 tbsp mayo
1/ 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp worchestershire
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 small garlic minced

Skewer Shrimp with tails
Romaine lettuce chopped
grated Parmesan cheese
grated Gruyere cheese
fresh crack black pepper
Grill shrimp on medium charcoal coals, till done, do not over cook
Sprinkle shrimp with a Cajun spice
Flip Shrimp skewers once
Assembly Salad
Romaine lettuce
grated cheeses
cracked pepper
Mix salad with dressing in large bowl
Place salad in separate bowls,
Add shrimp & more crack black pepper
