Olive oil or Italian dressing
Season salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Sword Fish
Cherry tomatoes
Yellow pepper
Red pepper

Thread skewers with sword fish & vegetables
Cook shish ke babs medium heat on charcoal coals
Basting skewers with olive oil or Italian dressing frequently
Sprinkle skewers with season salt, black pepper, & garlic powder
Flipping skewers throughout cooking
I prefer my fish to be cooked medium
( a little hint, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning )
