Grilled Salmon Served Over Creamy Pasta

Bow tie pasta. Cooked to perfection. Add 3 tbsp salt while boiling. drain

Sauce

1/2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic gloves minced

1 tbsp red onions minced

7 oz dried tomatoes in oil chopped

2 cups baby fresh spinach diced

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp paprika

2 cups fat free half and half

1 pound fresh Coho Salmon

Marinate

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 garlic gloves minced

1 green onions sliced

Marinate salmon in large zip baggie for 30 minutes in refrigerator

Sautee olive oil garlic and onion on medium heat for 5 minutes , add sun dried tomatoes and spinach cook 5 minutes, stir well add red pepper flakes , salt , paprika, half and half. Simmer 20 minutes, stir frequently.

Cook Salmon on medium coals on charcoal grill, cook 4 minutes per side or till tender, sprinkle salmon with garlic powder and black pepper

Let salmon rest 20 minutes

Place pasta in pretty bowl, top with sauce and sliced salmon

Sprinkle pasta with fresh parsley

Serve with nice salad and fresh bread
