3 portabelo mushrooms
red roasted peppers
garlic cheese alouette
1 cup Greek dressing
Marinate mushrooms in large gallon zip loc baggie
add 1 cup Greek dressing
Refrigerate for a few hours
Grill mushrooms over minimum charcoal coals, until tender
When mushrooms almost done
Place roasted peppers & cheese on mushrooms
Sprinkle mushrooms with garlic powder, black pepper & oregano
Cover grill with lid until cheese is melted
