These kabobs are quite tasty!
1 pork tenderloin, sliced length ways , & sliced into 1 inch cubes
white button mushrooms
red pepper cubed
green pepper cubed
yellow pepper cubed
Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, Soy Vay
2 large zip loc baggies
Place pork tenderloin in 1 bag
Place vegetables in other bag
Pour Teriyaki sauce in bags, until well mixed
Marinate pork tenderloin & vegetables in refrigerator all day long
Cook kabobs on medium charcoal coals, sprinkle with black pepper & Adobo seasoning
Flip kabobs a couple of times, cook vegetables till crisp
Cook pork tenderloin till no pink & a little crispy
