large zip loc baggie

 

(marinate)

 

1/4 cup bourbon

1/4 soy sauce

2 tbsp worchesrershire sauce

1 tbsp barbacue sauce

1 tbsp  brown sugar

1 tbsp grape jelly

2 whole garlic minced

1 tbsp dried minced onions

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

 

Plack pork tenderloin  & marinate in large zip loc baggie

refrigerate over night

grill on medium charcoals, Weber grill
