4 Steaks I used Strip Steaks
(Marinate)
1 cup red wine
1/4 soy sauce
1/4 fresh orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 large garlic gloves minced
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Place all steaks in large zip loc baggie with the marinate
Refrigerate steaks 12 hours or more
Take steaks out of refrigerator & lest steaks rest 25 minutes before grilling
Grill steaks on medium charcoal coals, I use a Weber grill
