Jose Cuervo Golden Margarita -Premade Margarita Mix

Large Zip Loc Baggie

Chicken breast (trimmed & beaten slightly with a mallet, to tenderise)

Place chicken breast in zip loc baggie & pour some Margarita mix over chicken, around 1 cup

Marinate chicken all day in refrigerator

Grill chicken on medium charcoal coals, I use Weber grill,

Season chicken with garlic powder & season salt

Cook both sides, till no pink

Serve Margarita chicken with yellow rice, red beans &  salsa

Pour yourself a glass of the premade Margarita mix in a small glass over ice
