Grilled Lobster Tails

Lobster Tails

Sea Salt & Paprika

Metal Skewers

Melted Butter-Optional

 

Cut Lobster tails meat down the Center, without cutting all the way through

Insert 2 metal skewers through the lobster tails, so the tail stands straight

Sprinkle tails with sea salt & paprika

Cook tails side down over medium coals, until shells are bright in color.

 

Using 2 metal skewers makes it easier to handle

I believe the smaller tails taste better, more tender

 

(Serve- with a porterhouse steak to share)
