Grilled Chilean Sea Bass & Filet Mignon

 

 

The New Surf & Turf

with a side of grilled Portabella mushrooms & crumbled blue cheese

 

marinate for mushrooms

1 portabella mushrooms

8 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp each of dried basil & garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

place all ingredients in zip loc baggie & marinated for a few hours

 

Sprinkle sea bass & filet’s with season salt, garlic powder & black pepper

Grill on medium charcoal coals, I like my fish well & filet’s medium rare

Baste & grill mushrooms with left over marinate

Top off mushrooms with crumbled blue cheese, slice & serve
