Grilled Caesar Salad with Parmesan chips

(Dressing)

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 garlic gloves minced

1/8 tsp dry mustard

salt & pepper

1 egg

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Combine all in blender, blend till creamy. Refrigerate for a few hours

 

(Parmesan chips)

preheat oven 400

baking pan with cooking oil

freshly shredded Parmesan cheese ,

grated in circle container by cheese

pinch some cheese, place on pan

continue placing cheese on pan, until no more room

Bake 5-7 minutes

let cool

 

(Romaine, salad)

Slice romaine in half, place  on pan

Brush with olive oil

Cook on charcoal grill for 1-2 minutes

Slice romaine into pieces

Place in a bowl

Add dressing & toss

Add crouton & Parmesan chips

sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper
