Large zip loc baggies
4 large bone in pork chops
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 garlic gloves minced
Place all ingredients in zip loc baggie including chops, refrigerate over night
Take chops out of refrigerator, lest rest 15 minutes
Heat charcoal in weber grilled over medium coals
Salt pepper and a good barbecue sauce
Grill chops sprinkle with salt and pepper , flip and grill , til no pink , last 10 minutes base with barbecue sauce, cover till sauce is crisp.
Let chops rest 10 minutes before serving
