2 12oz solid white Albacore tuna drained
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup real mayo
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 dill pickle spears minced
1 tsp pickle relish
1 celery stalk minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
Marinate in refrigerator for one hour or several
When ready to make
Heat 1 tbsp butter in large skillet
Place 2 whole multi grain or good rye bread bread in skillet
Scoop tuna on each bread
Add romaine leaves, tomato slice and Swiss or Chipolte cheddar cheese
Cook until nice and crispy
Fold sandwich together
Place on cutting board and slice
Serve with ruffle potato chips. Enjoy ,
