Chicken breast, use mallet to tenderize meat

Newmans Caesar salad dressing

large zip loc baggie

Gouda cheese

bacon cooked

 

Place chicken breast & dressing in large zip loc baggie

Marinate in refrigerator all day

Grill chicken breast on medium charcoal coals

fliping chicken breast twice

Right before chicken is done, place bacon & cheese on chicken

Cover grill for few minutes

 

Serve immediately
