Garlic Butter Noodles

16 oz penne noodles, cook till tender, rinse

4 large garlic minced

2 tbsp butter

1 cup fresh spinach chopped

1 tbsp lite sour cream

1/2 cup shredded 6 cheese italian

2 tbsp dried parsley

salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

satuee garlic, butter & spinach until tender, add sour cream until smooth & creamy

 

mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

sprinkle with cayenne pepper for a little kick

serve warm
