1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup red onion diced
1 medium white onion diced
1/4 green pepper diced
2 medium jalapeño peppers diced
3 garlic gloves minced
2 15.5 oz cans chili mild beans
1 15.5 oz. Dark kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 15.5 oz great northern beans drained and rinsed
2 can 100 percent v-8 juice
1 14.5 diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Cook ground beef until no pink in a large pot.
Sautéed onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil till vegetables are nice and tender.
Place all ingredients in large pot with ground beef. Bring chili to a boil, reduce heat stir, cover and cook chili all day long, stir frequently.
Very easy and delicious!
