(Brownies)
8×8 greased pan
preheat oven 350
1/2 stick melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup Hershey’s cocoa/dark
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Spread batter in greased pan
Bake 20 minutes
Allow brownies to cool
(Chocolate Filling)
3 tbsp butter
Small bag chocolate chips
1 cup whipping cream
In a medium sauce pan melt butter, chocolate chips,
when chips are melted add whipping cream, mix well
Spoon chocolate filling over brownies, refrigerate till chocolate hardens
(Whip Cream Topping )
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
Beat whipping cream & sugar, till whip cream forms peaks, may take awhile
Place whipping cream on brownies, add a little chocolate sprinkles if desired
Eat immediately or place brownies in refrigerator, till ready to eat
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
Little trick, place beaters & steel bowl in freezer before making whipping cream
It will take less time then normal
