6 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Pre heat oven 350

Spray casserole dish with cooking oil

Boil sweet potatoes in water, until soft

Filling

1 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs well beaten

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Mix all together well

Place filling in prepared Casserole dish

Bake 45 minutes to one hour

While sweet potatoes are cooking. prepare topping

Topping

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/4 cup melted butter

1 cup chopped peans

Mix well

Remove sweet potatoes from oven , add topping, spread evenly

Bake additional 20 minutes
