Crock Pot Vegetable Chili

1 tsp olive oil

1 onion diced

2 garlic gloves minced

1/2 each yellow, green, red, & orange pepper diced

2 jalapeno peppers minced with seeds

1 small sweet potatoes diced, peeled

1 14.4 oz kidney beans rinsed

1 14.5 can black beans rinsed

1 14.5 oz gabanzo beans rinsed

1 14.5 tomatoe sauce

1 14.5 oz diced tomatoes

1 14.5 stewed tomatoes

1 cup water

1/3 cup chili powder

3 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

 

Satuee in pan low heat

olive oil, onion, garlic, all peppers, including jalapenos, until tender

Spray crock pot with cooking oil

combine all ingredients, stir, place in crock pot

 

cook all day long on low heat,

( A LITTLE TIP)

make chili the night before, place crock pot in refrigerator over night

wake up in the morning, take crock pot out of refrigerator & plug into

outlet, as you come home from work or play, you will enter into your home

smelling a beautify aroma!!!
