( My son Tanner said now this is Chili, he loved the flavor )
2 lbs black Angus beef, boneless stew meat
1 very large onion
1 cup green pepper chopped
1 cup red pepper chopped
2 garlic gloves minced
14.5 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
1 7 oz can Chipolte peppers in Adobo sauce, chop peppers, use sauce
32 oz carton beef broth
6 oz tomatoe paste
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 cup chili powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white vinegar
Saute onions, peppers, & garlic in large skillet, until till nice & tender
Add all ingredients together in Crock Pot, mix
Cook on low all day!
