1 lb boneless chicken breast
1 cup flour
3 egg whites beaten
3 tbsp Cholula hot sauce
1/2 Panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
black pepper & onion powder to your taste
lettuce
tomatoe
red onion
mayo
crumbled blue cheese

- Preheat oven to 400 spray baking pan with cooking spray
- Place 3 bowls in a row. Fill the first bowl with flour, black pepper & onion powder,mix
- The second bowl with the egg white & Cholula hot sauce, mix
- The third bowl with Panko bread crumbs
- One by one dredge each chicken breast first in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally press it into the bread crumbs, coating both sides, repeating the process with all chicken breast
- In a large skillet heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat add chicken, cook until each side is very crispy about 4 to 5 minutes each side
- Place cooked chicken breast on prepared cooking pan. Cook for about 10 minutes
Time to assembly crispy chicken sandwich
Spoon mayo on bun, add lettuce, tomatoes, crispy chicken, crumbled blue cheese
red onion & sprinkle with Tabasco sauce
