1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion chopped
4 whole garlic gloves minced
1 pint cherry tomatoes
5 large tomatoes chopped
Lots of fresh basil chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cup chicken broth
Pinch pf red pepper flakes
1/2 cup whipping cream
Sautee onions and garlic in large pot until nice and tender
All all remaining ingredients bring to a boil, reduce heat to low
Cook for two hours, stirring frequently
Pulse tomato soup with hand mixer until creamy
Cook another two hours
