1/2 lb bow penne pasta cook al dente add 1 tbsp. salt during cooking stir frequently

3 garlic gloves minced
1/2 onion diced
3/4 pound lean hamberger
1small onion diced
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp flour
8 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
1 beef boulion cube
1 cup water
1/2 cup fat free half and half
Cook olive oil, onions and garlic on medium heat until nice and tender, add beef cook till no pink
Add all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat for 10 minutes
Stir in 1 cup shredded Colby cheese, garnish with parsley
