2 frozen chop spinach drained

4 bacon-box Oscar Meyer

1 small white onion diced

1 tsp olive oil

2 garlic gloves minced

2 tbsp flour

2 cups whipping cream

1/3 tsp white pepper

1/3 tsp season salt

 

Saute bacon, onion, garlic with olive oil, till tender

add flour, stir

add whipping cream, stir till sauce thickens

add spinach, season salt & white pepper

stir till warm

serve immediately or bake

 

If baking cover spinach with aluminum foil & bake 20 minutes
