Classic Cobb Salad with Creamy Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

 

 

8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled

4 eggs, cooked

cherry tomatoes

1 advocado chopped

crumbled blue cheese

Romaine lettuce

Ice burg lettuce

Arrange the bacon, eggs, tomatoes, advocado and blue cheese in rows on top of Romaine and Ice berg lettuce.

 

Dressing..

2 tbsp buttermilk ranch dressing

1/2 tbps champange vinegar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 shallot , minced

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

 

When ready to serve toss the salad with dressing

Sprinkle with fresh crack black pepper
