Chicken Pot Pie

Grease pan with butter

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 large onions diced

2 celery stalks diced

4 large chicken breast cooked and shredded

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp thyme

2 tbsp flour

2 cups chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup white wine

1/2 cup fat free half and half

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic salt

4 cups frozen mix vegetable

1 can pills bury biscuits

2 eggs beaten

Filling

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 large onion diced

2 celery stalks diced

2 large chicken breast cooked and shredded

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp thyme

2 tbsp flour

Add all fillings together in large skillet, cook and simmer 10 minutes, stir frequently

Sauce

2 cups chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup white wine

1/2 cup fat free half and half

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic salt

Simmer 15 minutes

Add 4 cups frozen mix vegetables

Simmer 5 minutes

Bring to a boil reduce heat

Place Pot pie mixture in pan

Top off with pills bury biscuits

Beat 2 eggs together and brush on top biscuits

Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until biscuits are lightly brown
