Pre heat oven 350

 

Stone pizza pan

Pizza sauce

 

1 large zucchini chopped

2 eggs

1 garlic glove mined

1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

 

Mix all ingredients well in large mixing bowl

Place cheesy zucchini on stone pizza pan

 

Bake 30 minutes or till golden brown

 

add 1 1/2 cops of 3 pepper shredded jack cheese

pinch of red pepper flakes

1 tsp dried parsley

 

Sprinkle all 3 ingredients on cheesy zucchini

 

Cook 8 to 10 minutes

slice into rectangular shapes

 

Serve with pizza sauce
