Carolina Style Barbacue Ribs

 

Sauce

1 cup Apple cider vinegar

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup yellow mustard

1 tbsp minced onions

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 jalapeño pepper minced finley

Mix all together well and chill in refrigerator several hours

 

Large deep pan, place 2 aluminum foil on button

add 1 cup of water

Place 2 slabs of pork Ribs in pan

Sprinkle Ribs with,

worchestershire

1/4 cup of brown sugar

minced onions

season salt

black pepper

 

Cover Ribs with foil

Cook on warm for 4 hours

Let rest  Serve

So Delicious
