12 oz farfalle pasta
4 Cajun style andouille sauasge
2 tsp olive oil
1 small onion diced
1/2 red pepper diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 yellow pepper diced
1 14.5 oz diced tomatoes chili style with onions
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 fresh parsley chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese & provolone mixed
1/4 cup shredded parmaesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
Cook pasta till tender rinse & drain in colander
cook sausage in skillet till done
saute 2 tsp olive oil, onions & peppers till tender
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, serve in pretty colorful bowl
Sprinkle with little cheese serve
