Caesar Salad

 

1 small head romaine lettuce  chopped

 

Ceasar Dressing

1/2 cup dark green olive oil

2 squeezes anchovy paste

3 garlic gloves minced

1 raw egg

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp worchestershire

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

 

Add Caesar dressing ingredients in blender, blend well, refrigerate a few hours to marinate flavor.

 

Place romaine in shallow bowl

 

Topping

2 tbsp shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

2 tbsp Parmesan & Romano cheese

Small croutons

 

Place topping on Romaine lettuce

Sprinkle with crack black pepper
