Fresh French bread
INGREDIENTS
6 large fresh tomatoes chopped
5 garlic gloves minced
1/2 red onion minced
1/2 cup fresh basil
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
1/2 cup grate Parmesan cheese
TOPPING
Balsamic glaze
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl
Serve Bruschetta cold on fresh bread
To serve bread warm drizzle French bread with olive oil, sprinkle with Asiago cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano. Broil bread until cheese is crispy and lightly toasted. Scoop bruschetta on warm French bread drizzle with balsamic glaze
Serve.
