16 oz Bow Tie Pasta, cook Aldente
1 tsp olive oil
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
Sautee onions and pepper in a large pot with olive, cook, stir until nice and tender.
In a skillet cook lean hamburger till no pink, drain fat if need be.
Place cooked hamburger with onions and green peppers
Add below all remaining ingredients to large pot, being to small boil, cover and cook for a few hours, stirring often.
28 oz rushed tomatoes
1 6 oz tomato paste
1 jar 25 oz tomato & basil pasta sauce
1 oz cam v8 juice
1/2 cup red blend wine
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 bay leave Remove before serving
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/4 Black pepper
Serve warm sauce over pasta
Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese & dried parsley
