Bourbon Grilled Pork Tenderloin

2 Pork tenderloins

Large zip loc baggie

 

Marinate

1/4 cup bourbon

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 OJ

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup brown sugar

4 garlic gloves minced

1/2 tbsp ground ginger

Mix all ingredients together, place in a zip loc baggie; add pork tenderloins.  Refrigerate 8 hours or more.

Let Pork rest out of refrigerater for 1/2 before grilling

Grill on charcoal coals , sprinkle pork with black pepper & onion powder,  flipping pork frequently, grill till minor pink

Let tenderloins rest 15 minutes

Carve & serve ,
