Beef Spicy Chili

2 lbs 93% lean 7% fat ground beef

3 cans condensed tomatoe soup

2 can brooks chili beans

1 can brooks chili beans hot sauce

2 cups water

3 yellow onions diced

1 1/2 green pepper diced

1 1/2 red pepper diced

1 can 15 oz whole tomatoes diced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup chili powder

1 tbsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp red pepper flakes

 

Saute onions & peppers in olive oil till tender about 10 minutes

Brown ground beef in skillet, when done drain & place beef in large pot

Add all remaining ingredients, bring to boil, cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours

Stir frequently
